The Annual Board of Governors Meeting was held January 29, 2004 at Eliza Severt?s home. Betsy Cole, Elaine Ferrill and Eliza Severt hosted the meeting. League President Nancy Erikson updated the twenty-two past presidents in attendance on the status of The League. Treasure Liz Goldstein gave a financial report while First Vice President Helen Carter updated the Board of Governors on plans for the renewable scholarships. Input was then requested from the Board of Governors on how to proceed with The League?s upcoming Seventy-Fifth anniversary. A consensus was reached to create a committee of active and sustaining members to plan a celebration.
