Join us for this 1/2 day session for mothers and daughters, targeting girls in the 10th, 11th and 12th grades.  Dr. Megan Tirone will give an introduction and discuss general adolescent issues including teen pregnancy.  The purpose of this event is to prepare teens for the future and to open lines of communication between mothers and daughters.  Each mother/daughter team will attend 2 - 3 breakout sessions and have time to visit with vendors.  Breakout sessions include personal safety, finances, diet/exercise and others.  Following the breakout sessions, the group will gather for general discussion in a panel format.  Dr. Tirone will cover topics of sexuallity and making good decisions.
